In this case, for an organization to realize prosperity leadership is a necessity that should be compromised under no conditions. In health care prosperity brought about by good leadership usually leads to most advantageous patients' results through adequate preparation of its employees who in return help the organization achieve its organizational set goals. Basically, when the right people are placed in the right position in health care organizations; it will be very easy for the organization to realize its missions and visions hence greater organizational achievements. Leadership in marketing maintains that the company's visions and missions are achieved in the easiest way possible. Leaders in marketing focus mostly on information gathering, team process, guiding and empowering others, and giving feedbacks. A marketing strategy that is characterized by good leadership is usually able to capture a large number of customers hence increase in productivity.

For instance in a country like the United States of America, the president has to demonstrate good leadership qualities in order to win the interests of many citizens. Good leadership qualities improve country's level of innovations and economic as many investors are encouraged to invest as the country is politically stable (Bennis, 1993). In this case, these leaders usually evolve while at the same time assisting their followers and countries to evolve. Good leadership of as country allows each and every member to get involved in all processes of nation building hence prosperity.
